Comprehensive initial consultation in which Kiara will covers a variety of case taking questions such as full health history, family history, current health, dietary and lifestyle habits.
An individualised treatment plan will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the consult, which will include a herbal and/or nutritional supplementation prescription (if required), dietary and lifestyle suggestions.
Follow up Naturopathic Consultation

Follow up appointments are for existing clients only.
A follow up appointment allows us to refine and review your progress and discuss if any adjustments are necessary to your treatment plan and keep you on the right path
An updated treatment protocol will be provided if required.
